Vladimir Euroclub

Our organization "Vladimir Eroclub" exists since 1997. Euroclub is a youth association, which organizes leisure activities for young people like students and pupils. Euroclubs ambition is to lead games about regional studies, activities with other cities or even foreign visitors, traveling to festivals in other cities and countries. Our organization is avaliable for all students and teachers from Vladimir city and Vladimir region. The organisation was created as part of Russian Euroclubs in Vladimir in 1997. But legical status we received in 2006. We have a main office and offices in some schools, colleges, Vladimir Universities. As well as offices in Vladimir, Suzdal and Wyazniki (Vladimir region). Our passion is to motivate the youth. We organize the meetings between our Youth and European Youth in our country and abroad. We organize ecology expeditions in Vladimir and in Vladimir region. Our aims are providing conditions for development of youth active citizenship and national identity.
The main tasks of our organisation are:
1. Civil and Moral education through studying traditions, cultural heritage and exchange of social experience in communication and social activities.
2. Studying European culture.
3. Developing of senses for human rights, international and intercultural ethics. The staff of our organisation consists of teachers, psychologists and students.
Focusareas: 1. Long term partnership with:Vladimir partner-towns Jena and Erlangen (Germany), Karlovo (Bulgaria), Bari (Italy), Kerava (Finland), Antalya (Turkey) and youth organisations both in Russia and abroad 2. Sociocultural: Studying European Union while arranging regional cross-cultural games "We “Live in Europe”, participating in interregional cross-cultural contests, research conferences, e 3. Ecological: ecological expeditions, actions, events, projects. 4. Creative activities (thematic events in youth club e.g.Christmas, European and Russian traditional holidays) 5. International Volunteering and Volunteering in Russia. 6. We provide psychological support and social care for Youth and Volunteers through the members and partnerships. We have the following partner-organisations: Eurowerkstatt Jena (Germany), Youth and Civil Initiatives in the Rose Valley Karlovo (Bulgaria), Institut für Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde Erlangen (Germany), EUROSUD Bari (Italy), Secretary of Youth Affairs (acting) youth services Kerava (Finland), Engelli Vakfi ( Turkey).
