The Association “José Luis de la Hermosa” was set up in Daimiel to collaborate with the educational tasks of the youth of the High School Ojos del Guadiana Center.
Some of the functions of our association are to help to reconcile the family life of the young in our High School by assisting parents and mentors, contributing to the personal development of the students; to promote and provide their socialization in a framework of education in respect of equal opportunities between men and women , interculturality, the adoption of attitudes and behaviors of companionship, respect for differences between people, solidarity, creativity, ... while participating in group, sociocultural and recreational activities.

The aim objectives are:

- Promote activities aimed at the integral formation of students in the development of democratic habits and habits in their personality.
- Develop extra-curricular activities that offer young people in the center a socio-cultural stimulus.
- Promote the development of social skills, expression skills and creativity in young people.

With the development of European projects, we plan and we include to this list of objectives the promotion of cultural exchanges with young people from other European countries, thus encouraging the development of empathy for other cultures, promoting divergent thinking by the proposal of new alternatives to the usual solutions, the promotion of the interest by learning languages in non-formal education. Finally, with the European projects, we pretend to develop critical maturity and interest in the participation on the European Union.
