Flexfleks guides people with a care need, in particular people with different cultural backgrounds, a slight intellectual disability, addiction problems or behavioral problems.
The care offer is arranged in such a way that all clients have maximum opportunities to develop based on their background, competences and interests. A positive approach and reinforcement is a starting point here.
Flexfleks is also for people with complex problems. Often these are multiple healthcare issues in one. For example a (slight) intellectual disability and behavioral problems.
• There are personal or social problems, such as an addiction or behavioral problems;
• There are problems in several areas such as housing, debts, psychological problems;
• There is criminal and / or serious nuisance behavior, or this threatens to occur in the future;
• Relational and / or attachment problems are involved;
• Various network partners are needed to tackle the problem (eg mental health services, debt counseling, addiction care, criminal law partners, municipalities and police).
