A szervezet leírása

"Step toward Success» was created by three Young Students on September 1, 2014 as an initiative group and since 2016 is actively pursuing activities as a non-profit, non-governmental legal entity (NGO).

"Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world". This quote by Nelson Mandela's is directly related to the goals of NGO Step toward Success. The main goal of the projects implemented by STS is the free and accessible education of each young person living in Georgia to help them become successful. Definition of success is individual for all people, but the fact is that time and time we all need inspiration and motivation to become successful. Our goal is to provide beneficiaries with cognitive motivation through various innovative projects, camps, competitions or etc.

Activities organized by «Step toward Success" responds following topics:

1. Promote civil society development;
2. Promoting Democracy Development;
3. Distribution and protection of universally recognized norms of human rights;
4. Protection of the rights of ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other minorities and increase their integration into society;
5. Integration and profesional development of the population living in the regions;
6. Raising the level of non-formal education and ensuring free access to information;
7. Strengthen multicultural and multinational relationsh;
8. Strengthening young Enterpreneurs;
9. Facilitate peaceful resolution of conflicts and peace building process;
10. Sharing and promoting national cultural and social values;
11. Raising volunteering values;
12. Promoting healthy lifestyle in young people;
13. Environmental Protection;
14. advocating the interests of citizens, promoting their awareness and involvement in ongoing reforms and processes in the country;
15. Raising Knowledge of computer and information technologies;
16. Strengthening and protecting the rights of people with disabilities.


NGO STS is located in Batumi and is mostly oriented for the development of Mountainous Adjara region; however, we are always open and welcome to involve every person from around Georgia in each of our projects.
