A szervezet leírása

Hospices of Hope is an international charity, which aims to help children and adults suffering of incurable illnesses in the South-Eastern region of Europe. Hospices of Hope Moldova is the representative of Hospices of Hope in the Republic of Moldova, and aims to develop a National Palliative Care Services Network in the country. Even if the branch representative has been present in Moldova since 2017, Hospices of Hope has been working for the same purpose in the Republic of Moldova since 2008, supporting people who suffer of incurable illnesses in the capital of the country.
As a charity, the organization bases itself on fundraising activities in order to accomplish its mission. In less then two years of activity, Hospices of Hope Moldova has successfully implemented:
- A Table Tennis Tournament;
- A Bowling Cup;
- A Bicycle Tour - Hospice Bike Tour - from Moldova's capital to its neighbor, Romania;
- Two Quiz Nights
- Two Charity Curry Evenings
- A Gala Dinner
as well as participated to many third-party events organized by Hospices of Hope Moldova's supporters to help the organization.
Due to these events, nowadays we manage to help approximately 300 people suffering of incurable illnesses across the country, having offered support and care to more than 500 people since the start of our activity.
Therefore, the activity of the organization can be defined as event organization and management, with all the elements which this includes, and coordination and financial, logistic and informational support of local teams in the regions of Moldova, to help those less fortunate.
