Opis organizácie

“BECAUSE WE CAN” association is non-profit organisation, established in 2018 in Bulgaria. The main goal of the association is to help young people in Bulgaria. Promote development and facilitate their involvement with civil society. The organization is actively involved in organizing various initiatives and campaigns, as well as being involved in such initiatives by other organizations that help people in need.
The Association currently has over 50 members and volunteers, most of them age 15-27.

Main objectives of the organization:
• Help development of public relations in the civil society, economy, interethnic problems and integration, protection of human rights, sport, environment, agriculture, regional development and public works, science, culture and education;
• Promote the development of children's and youth creativity and cultural dialogue;
• Promote prevention of risky behavior among children and young people;
• Support the personal and social integration and realization of children and young people from all social groups towards the different spheres of public life - art, science, culture, crafts, sports;
• Promote the development of methods and programs that promote healthy lifestyles among children, young people and other age groups;
• Support the personal and social integration and realization of children and young people from all social ranges of public life - art, science, culture, crafts, sports;
• Develop, enforce and promote modern models of information, counselling and education for children, people with disabilities and for people and communities at risk of social rejection;
• Stimulate and support the development of the personal qualities and skills of children and young people;
• Promote and encourage the participation of young people in initiatives, projects and programs at local, national and international level through which they can gain professional and personal realization;
• Support the processes of European integration and adaptation of young people to EU principles, norms and institutions;
• Promote the restoration and preservation of cultural and moral values of national importance and their inclusion in the world cultural process;
• Promote the inclusion of Bulgarian society in the values of modern civilization;
• Promote the development, cooperation and cultural exchange of the Bulgarian people with the world;
• Organize public dialogue, dissemination, stimulation and development of ideas, information and scientific values, activity for democratization of public life and guaranteeing the civil liberties of the individual.
