Fundacja Swoją Drogą (SD Foundation) was established in 2014. We were united by the disagreement with the existing educational reality and the belief that it is possible - and necessary - act differently. We don't want to save the world - we want to influence it as much as we can, here and now, today, locally, for us and for our children.

Our goal is to support the comprehensive development of children and youth in the spirit of democracy and attitudes of mutual respect and understanding between generations, especially through educational, interpretive, training, cultural, scientific, health, social, sports and recreational activities. Our target group are children and adolescents, but also their parents. Our task is to create, run and support schools, kindergartens and other educational institutions in line with the Foundation's assumptions, which is why we currently run Autorska Szkoła Podstawowa Galileo (Galileo Primary School), Niepubliczna Poradnia Psychologiczno-Pedagogiczna Evemed (Evemed Non-Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Centre) and ePicentrum Edukacyjne (Educational ePicentre). The concept of each of these facilities is in line with our values.

Autorska Szkoła Podstawowa Galileo is a non-public primary school with the rights of a public school, providing education in grades I-VIII. It is a school without compulsion, where the most important thing is the little person, his self-awareness, emotions, time for fun, harmonious development and the opportunity to discover and pursue interests. We believe that the role of the school is to create optimal conditions for the free development of a young person, respecting their decisions and choices. Partnership, responsibility and mutual respect are extremely important to us, regardless of age and role assigned to us. Everyone can feel at home here. It is here that we invite willing volunteers to develop as part of ESC.

We have established Niepubliczna Poradnia Psychologiczno-Pedagogiczna Evemed, because the experience of working at school once again convinced us how important it is to create favorable conditions for children (small and large) for broadly understood development. Each of us is different, has different needs, therefore we attach great importance to the diagnosis, approaching each child, its family and the environment in which it functions individually. We believe that only with knowing the cause of the emerging difficulties you can properly plan activities supporting the development of a child, taking into account its needs.

ePicentrum Edukacyjne is a small center of the educational universe and a great alternative to boring courses and tutoring. We run science, humanities, social sciences and foreign languages classes in various forms. We are in constant contact with the audience and (in the case of children) their parents. We organize preparatory courses for the Matura exam and the eighth-grade exam, language courses, we conduct group and individual tutoring, as well as training and workshops for children and adults.
