REPLAY Network is an association of social promotion composed of educators and trainers active at international level within almost all the EU programs dealing with non-formal education, learning mobility and active citizenship. The mission of the association is to promote social cohesion, responsible participation, active citizenship, inclusion and equal opportunities, to support employability, active ageing, cooperation and multiculturalism, building bridges and conditions contributing to the achievement of the Europe 2030 objectives.
REPLAY Network projects, organizes and develops different kind of training and educative activities addressed to trainers, youngsters and adults, organizations, etc., using non formal learning, active methodology and international mobility in order to contribute to the personal and professional growing of individuals in a lifelong learning perspective. Replay Network promotes initiatives with the aim to bring citizens in Europe and Europe in the everyday lives of citizens. Actually, the learning opportunities offered thanks to the EU Programmes are strongly rooted on the local community, but they build bridges for an active and European citizenship.
Replay Network is member of the European Federation LE.MO.N. - Learning Mobility Network (http://www.lemon-network.eu/) that brings together experienced organizations in the field of international learning mobility from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Latvia and Bulgaria. We are member of ALDA Network (Association of Local Democracy Agencies), established in 1999 by the Council of Europe, which has over 300 members including regions, municipalities and third sector entities in more than 40 countries, committed to support democracy community, active citizenship and cooperation between local authorities and civil society. Replay Network is part of the national association Acque Correnti aimed to promote Universal Civil Service in Italy, and supports, hosting the operational headquarter in Rome, the national association for non-formal education and informal learning NINFEA, dealing with the recognition and the qualification of operators in this sector.
Since 2017 Replay Network manages a youth center supported by the Municipality of Rome , within which it carries out its educational practices by integrating the local dimension with the international one, supporting the active participation of children and youth protagonism. Since 2020, Replay Network runs a socialization center for children and parents, carrying out activities to support children, cultural mediation interventions and enhancement of differences, support actions for parenting skills and workshops in schools.
Learning through international mobility, supported by a very experienced staff, and young and adult active participation, along with personal and professional development, are part of the activities promoted by REPLAY NETWORK.
The priority work axes, consolidated in recent years, concern:
- learning mobility for everyone and at any age
- educational research, training, youth policies
- local educational services
- the integration of non-formal education tools and methods within formal education paths
- the promotion of employability and active aging through volunteering
- the recognition of competences, new professional profiles and innovative training pathways
- education to sustainable development
Inclusion and innovation in the educational field are cross-cutting objectives pursued in thedifferent areas of intervention through cooperation with other realities and stakeholders at local, national and international level.
The main target groups are: children, youngsters, adults, students, teachers, educators, youth worker, social workers, migrants, representatives of local institutions, gardenisers (garden-organisers within community urban gardens).
