TCN is a young and dynamic European training centre based 15 kms from Rome in the Rieti region and 100kms from the famous Amatrice although recently destroyed by a series of earthquakes we work closely with various small communes in towns and villages nearby providing incentives and opportunities to young people and those in difficult situations. We specialise in providing language and vocational training, work placements/Stages, youth exchanges, employment training and mentoring people of all ages. With our combined experience in training, our main goal is hosting and promoting projects for young people from all backgrounds and integrating them in new exciting experiences, that will allow them an open and adaptable approach to European employment utilising various EU tools like Erasmus + , mobility, disability and learning, social exclusion, to pilot research and development actions. TCN has established contacts with many international partners and prestigious Work Placements in Europe (ranging from hotel & catering to various business fields such as banking, insurance, tourism, etc) ,. Our European training centre works in collaboration with a number of other European Training Organisations, developing new ideas, training platforms and strategies to help those more vulnerable to the demands of today’s society, with a greater focus on social integration, start ups and equal opportunities for asylum seekers and / or immigrants in Europe. The expertise and knowledge of our staff enables us to provide bespoke training and mentoring for young and disadvantaged youth with social and economic difficulties allowing us to research new methods and increased opportunities to focus on integration and assisting them to obtain all the necessary tools to find a job or start a business. Our slogan "Breaking cultural barriers" is our mission. These barriers include workshops on cultural issues between other nationalities, to strive and to teach the beauty of a multicultural society where everybody has something to offer making the world a peacefull and prosperous place. We identify training needs and effective training solutions for young people from all over the world having collaborated with the Middle East or the US in Humanity and relief programmes. TCN has experience and the resources to provide field training for many environmental, social and agricultural programs. TCN is an open book with many chapters and consistently researching possibilities of collaboration and joint efforts in realising our mission.
