A szervezet leírása

SPORTSROOM is a sports non-governmental organization based in Bulgaria with branches on a local level in Montana, Sofia, and Varna, which combines sports, non-formal education methods, and innovation in order to bring positive social change.
SPORTSROOM is a result of young social entrepreneurs who had worked in different areas and now they are ready to bring their diverse expertise into one direction – to bring a positive social impact. The team of experts consists of experienced educators, trainers, managers, mentors, etc. and all of them are related to the sport and outside the sport. SPORTSROOM has organized numerous events, training face to face, online training, workshops on different topics, lectures on a healthy-lifestyle topic, entrepreneurs, empowering young people, especially women’s, social inclusion, and many more innovative seminars and events. SPORTSROOM’s fields of work are Sports and Society, Youth, VET, Tailor-Made Events, Adult Education, Communication, Organizing, Leadership, Psychology, Social Inclusion, Gender Equality, Health and Wellbeing, Equal Opportunities and more. SPORTSROOM reaching to youth, young people in need, migrants, young entrepreneurs, refugees, minorities, and many more due to the strong partnership between Universities, schools, and clubs on a local level. Also, Sportsroom has guided and supported individuals to develop and implement a business strategy for young people.
SPORTSROOM envisages involving the following target group according to the project and activities that are envisaged:
- youth people, aged between 15-29 years old;
- youth workers, aged between 15-29 years old
- young people with disadvantaged background, aged between 15-29 years old;
- people with disabilities, aged between 15-29 years old
- NEETs, aged between 15-29 years old
- migrants, aged between 15-29 years old
- participants with special needs, aged between 15-29 years old;
- athletes, aged between 15-29 years old
- para-athletes, aged between 15-29 years old
- young people in needs, aged between 15-29 years old
- young entrepreneurs, aged between 15-29 years old
- refugees, aged between 15-29 years old
- minorities, aged between 15-29 years old and more.

Sajátos igények kategóriái

Ez a szervezet tudja fogadni olyan önkéntesek jelentkezését, akik élethelyzetükből adódóan nehezebben tudnak részt venni a projekttevékenységekben. Az alábbiakban áttekinthető, hogy a különböző projekttípusoknál mely kategóriákba tartozó önkéntesek részvételét teszi lehetővé a szervezet:
