Verbund sozialer Dienste gGmbH (VSD) is working in the field of child and youth welfare in the surrounding of Bad Essen near Osnabrück. Charly's Kinderparadies Bad Essen gGmbH was founded in 2016 as a subsidiary of VSD. Charly's Kinderparadies Bad Essen is located in a residential street directly by the forest in an old villa, adjacent to a large playground. The facility consists of a total of three crèche groups: two morning groups and one afternoon group. Each group is staffed by two educators and one additional educational specialist. Only educators with state certification are employed.
