The Association was established in 2016. The main target group are young people in Vas County. Its main aims are:
- to provide aspiring young people with development opportunities;
- to embrace cultural, communal, civil and art initiatives and provide these with space and a formal frame;
- to raise public awareness regarding civil associations, their activity, and the general importance of active participation;
- to introduce cultural and local historical values in Vas County and across Hungary.

Our past achievements were realized thanks to the active inclusion of the youth. Among our past activities there are:
- Art-related events such as photo exhibitions
- Production of videos and articles: our team of volunteers produces 3000 minutes of radio shows and 4300 minutes of video content each year
- Events to promote local artists and local history
- The realisation of a news platform that ensures publicity on online media (www.hplusz.hu), it is updated daily with local activities and news
- Training, youth exchanges and mentoring programmes for young people
- We also promote volunteering. Many of our past events were organised through donations, and volunteers created the content of our website.
- We run since 2022 spring an educational series called ÖKO+
Recently, more attention has been paid to environmental protection, physically challenged individuals, sustainable development, and the introduction of community experience in our audiovisual content
