Organizācijas apraksts:

DROA Community (ex We Speak Love) is a non-governmental youth organisation with the mission to give voice to under-represented and disadvantaged young people - with a higher risk of discrimination. In the pursuit of its mission, the association has been implementing non-formal educational and youth development programs since 2017. DROA has been delivering projects in the fields of minority empowerment, human rights education, creative expression for social change etc. The organisation has been delivering youth-led projects (trainings, seminars, youth exchanges) across Belgium, as well as in Italy and Georgia (in cooperation with local NGOs):
/ social activism and active citizenship
/ art for human rights
/ countering shrinking space for civil society

As intersectional gender gaps persist in almost all cultural and creative sectors in Europe, with youth experiencing discrimination on the grounds of different identities, DROA aims to give a platform to youth groups whose voices go unheard incl. girls, LGBTQI+ youth, young people with a migration background (asylum seekers, refugees etc.)
