Beschrijving van de organisatie

Marijampoles Jono Totoraicio Progymnasium is an organisation that gives primary (1 - 4 grades) and lower secondary education (5 - 8 grades). The school is the biggest school in the city of Marijampole. There are 62 teachers and 804 students in our progymnasium. The number of staff working in our school is 93. The curiculum contains Native Language (Lithuanian), English (as the first foreign language), Russian /German (as the secondary foreign language), Maths, physics, chemistry, science (biology), art, physical education, history, geography, ICT, technologies and religion. Students can attend different after school clubs, for example, dance club, singing club, basketball, volleyball, scouts, volunteering, etc. The exam results show that students in our progymnasium gain high level of education and enter gymnasiums after graduating. Students are the winners of the olympiads, projects and different international contests. Our school participates in national social projects and in projects against bullying. Besides, students take part in volunteering activities.
