A szervezet leírása

Diakonie Vsetín is a non-governmental non-profit organization with an 18-year history, based in Vsetín. We currently have around 225 employees. We offer social and health services for seniors who have lost their self-sufficiency and are dependent on the help of others. We also help families and Roma people who live in socially difficult conditions to prevent their social exclusion. We offer broad support in the education and development of children's interests. We provide support to parents in their independency, self-sufficiency, employment. Since 2016, Diakonie Vsetín has been providing home hospice services, respite services and home nursing services. Diakonie Vsetín annually helps almost 500 people, organizes dozens of events for users, events for employees and also events for the public.

Care for the elderly people -7 services: Day care centre Zahrada, Retirement houses Harmony and Vyhlídka/Jabloňová (for people with ALZ), Respite services Pohoda and Trnková and Home care.
Services for families, children and youth people -4 services: Pramínek (pre-school education), Rubikon (children's club), Children's centre and social activation services for families with children Mozaika
Services for the sick, dying people - 3 services: home hospice Devětsil, respite service Nabersil and home care Petrklíč.
Diakonie Vsetín also runs the VIDIA Vsetín Educational Institute and the Charity Shop.
