Café Plùm is an atypical place opened in August 2010 which includes a café restaurant, an independent local bookstore and a performance hall. It's a pole of social, cultural and arts innovation in rural areas.
Since its opening, the Café Plùm project has been to promote culture in all its forms and human exchanges in this rural settings . With this objective in mind , the place itself , located in the center of the village in a magnificent historic building, offers a bookstore, a performance hall as well as a bar/café and a catering service. Hand in hand, the association Ma case in charge of the cultural project and the S.A.R.L Café Plùm covering the activities of the bookstore and the bar/restaurant are working to carry out the project in all its facets.In March 2015, the choice was made to adopt the status of S.C.I.C (cooperative society of collective interest) to highlight the cooperative aspect of the project and include collegiality and horizontality in decision-making in its DNA.
Our target group are fistly the local peoples, all ages and social background, but we also traget amateur of the cultural programmation that we offer!
