A szervezet leírása

Forward for Future (F4F) is a non-commercial organisation which provides a number of educational services, some kind of training for students and youth workers. It was established by active students from different universities of Ukraine in order to help youth to reach their successful future through non-formal education.
F4F supports young people by providing them with negotiation, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills, mentoring programs, and resources to help them succeed in their personal and professional lives.
The organisation focuses on youth empowerment, social entrepreneurship and social inclusion as well as providing access to education and skills development: promote educational opportunities and skill-building programs to empower individuals, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to become effective leaders, negotiators, and entrepreneurs.
The organisation also gives young people the chance to volunteer with them, so they can gain the skills necessary to freely think of, plan, carry out, and direct their own activities - be it local, regional, or international.
F4F has multifaceted aims focused on enhancing international cooperation within Ukraine and abroad while addressing various socio-economic challenges. This includes tackling employment issues and fostering leisure activities, especially in rural areas, ensuring equal educational opportunities and active engagement in decision-making processes.
