Associação Desportiva Naval Remo – ADNR, or simply Naval Remo in its abbreviated form, was founded by former rowers and coxswains on March 17, 2017. Naval as a lever for promoting and developing the education of children, young people and adults from a physical and psychological point of view, preparing them for sports competition and for a better integration into social, cultural and professional life.
The Associação Desportiva Naval Remo – ADNR aims to:
• Promote and support the practice of sports and recreational activities, particularly rowing;
• Organize and promote sports events, particularly those related to water sports, as well as other social and cultural activities;
• Carry out activities to raise funds for the improvement of sports infrastructure, as well as the acquisition, renovation, and maintenance of equipment;
• Promote the integration of individuals with disabilities or specific needs in accessing sports, particularly rowing.
