Gamedella NPO has two main aims: - as an organisation recognised as "homework school" by the Office of Birth and Childhood: to support the intellectual development, social emancipation, cultural access and the citizenship learning and participation for children from 4 to 15 years old - as a youth centre recognised by the Frecnh community of Belgium:to support the development of an active, critical, in solidarity and responsible citizenship among young people from 12 till 26 years old by putting them into a situation of responsability and learning, by encouraging them to participate into the social, political, cultural and economical aspects of the life within the society Main activities: Weekly: homework support for less than 12 years old, open reception for more than 11 years old, theatre, music, media and cooking workshop for more than 11 years old, citizenship project on friday During school holidays: summer camps (residential or not), thematic recreative weeks, excursions, open reception Occasionally: open doors, residential activities in partnership with other organisations, Activities open to young people from 4 to 26 years old coming from Rochefort municipality. We have noticed through different analysis that our public is moslty from the less economically favored part of the municipality
