A szervezet leírása

People in Focus organization was established in 2014 by a group of active people as a social humanitarian, non-political, non-religious, non-profits organization. It aims to support and play an important role in the community in human rights issues, gender equality and social progress. The aim of People in Focus is: • Empowering youth and youth structures through initiatives with focus on promotion of youth participation, active citizenship, legal education and involvement in decision making processes through non-formal education methodology. • Promoting intercultural dialogue • Involving youth in international educational, cultural exchange programs • Increasing knowledge on environmental issues and tourism sustainability • Monitoring and assessing public service delivery in public institutions and judicial system. • Improving the performance of public institutions on providing qualitative and effective services for citizens through youth participation • Raising knowledge, awareness and understanding of European Union, NATO, its values and its longstanding role throughout Albania Our staff has a vast experience in youth capacity building in different topics through trainings, workshops, youth exchanges, awareness campaigns to answer their concerns. Our goals are mainly focusing on develop cultural, democratic, social and ecological conscience among youth, encourage cooperation of young people with different interests and activities, and to increase influence of youth.
