A szervezet leírása

We are a non-governmental organisation that is part of the Zaježka community in the Zaježová ecovillage. The Zaježka
community is a decentralised, non-hierarchical and free social network of cooperating neighbours. There are several
projects that unite local people – food bank, community school, forest children's club, educational centre, the organisation of
local fairs with young people, workshops, seminars, the Zaježovňa Youth Club learning centre, the community website. In
2023 we become a member of the Global Ecovillage Network Europe.
The goal of our organisation is to give young people the opportunity to invest their time wisely and according to their
interests and needs.
The aims of organisation are:
- enlightenment and informal education in the areas of ecology, environmental protection, inclusion, voluntary modesty and
simple - sustainable living
- organise projects, courses, workshops, camps, and events to reduce climate change.
- care for an organic orchard, and support local cultural, artistic, and natural heritage, promote permaculture principles
- create and support activities include bringing the local community closer to nature and outdoor art, promoting
multigenerational integration, and supporting inclusion and education for economically, socially, and geographically
disadvantaged residents.
Our target group is young people who want to experience a different lifestyle, be closer to nature and learn about alternative
ways of life.
