FOREST BIO FARM LTD is the trade name of the company Riverland and to this respect, the names FOREST BIO FARM LTD and Riverland will be used interchangeably in this application.

FOREST BIO FARM LTD was established in 2004 as a small and medium sized organic farm aiming at producing high-quality organic products while also protecting the environment and tending to the welfare of animals responding to the need for a sustainable consumption and the protection of the environment. A vast number of organic dairy products are produced at Riverland since then, such as halloumi cheese, anari, yogurt, kephir, ayran as well as organic eggs, vegetables and honey which support the view of the enterprise that a better and more holistic approach in life can be achieved through organic farming and livestock farming.

In order to promote the vision and goals of the enterprise, different workshops and educational activities are designed and implemented for a wide range of target groups including school students, youth, parents, educators and professionals. Acknowledging the importance of providing proper education to children regarding organic farming and environmental awareness, Riverland pays particular emphasis on developing customized, interactive workshops addressing the needs of school students as a means of shifting their mentality and way of thinking on these aspects.
