A szervezet leírása

Dusheti Youth Center is dedicated to empowering and uniting youth through innovative programs. As the only youth center in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, we play a crucial role in youth engagement and development. Our aim is to enhance personal skills and realize the potential of young individuals.

We offer workshops, trainings, cultural activities, and community service projects that foster leadership, soft skills, social responsibility, and active citizenship. Weekly community trips and meetings at our center are integral to our approach. In just six months, we've conducted numerous training sessions and master classes. Our target group is youth aged 14-29 from various backgrounds in Dusheti Municipality, including NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training). We collaborate with the Czech Development Agency, People in Need (PIN), Dusheti Municipality City Hall, the Education, Science and Youth Agency, and the Employment Agency.

We are applying for the Quality Label to demonstrate our commitment to high standards in youth work. This accreditation will help us improve and enhance the impact of our projects. Additionally, we seek to address the lack of exchange programs in our region by fostering international cooperation. This will expose our youth to diverse cultures and perspectives, benefiting their growth and expanding their horizons. We remain committed to evolving with the needs and desires of young people.
