Fundacja To i Co is a community-driven organization in Tczew, Poland, supporting local communities and individuals with migration backgrounds, especially refugees. Our mission focuses on social inclusion, empowerment, and sustainable development through four key areas:

Migrant Info Point Tczew – We provide legal, language, and social support to help migrants integrate and thrive.
Sustainable Development – Through community gardening, ecological education, and a Food Sharing Station, we promote environmental responsibility and reduce food waste.
MIŁO! Mobility Awareness – We encourage sustainable urban mobility and public space awareness through campaigns and events.
WoW - Volunteering Works – We promote volunteerism with events, training, and outreach that foster community engagement.
Values: Our work is grounded in social inclusion, collaboration, empowerment, equal opportunities, and innovation. We strive to create an inclusive community where all can thrive.

Why Quality Label: We apply for the Quality Label to enhance volunteer management, connect with European organizations, and strengthen youth engagement. By achieving this label, we aim to create impactful volunteer experiences and positive social change in Tczew and beyond.
