Pure Aruba Events Foundation (PAEF), the foundation that ArtisA represents, was established in 2015 with Aruba in mind. The idea behind this Non-Profit Organization (NPO) is to collaborate with other NPOs and create projects and events on a national level. What this means in practice is to create spaces for international and local artists to exchange knowledge and ideas while positively impacting the society around them. The vision of PAEF is to transform Aruba into an Art Island filled with cultural experiences. Our goal is to educate and create awareness and opportunities for the arts and culture in Aruba while beautifying the city of San Nicolas. We aim to reach young people and bring art closer to them so that they can contribute to the cultural scene of Aruba. The vision of Pure Aruba is to make Aruba culturally and economically richer; a vibrant, diverse, inclusive paradise that affluent people want to visit in order to look for culture, heritage, and fine arts that contribute to bringing the feeling of belonging and pride to the community. Pure Aruba’s contribution is to support, enhance, and present high-quality arts/products on an international standard level.
