A szervezet leírása

"Caraïbes en mouvement" litteraly means Caribbean on the move.
We are a French non-profit organisation based in Martinique, a French overseas department. The organisation was set up under the impetus of 5 founding members linked by a common vision: the importance of young people's mobility and youth workers’mobility in developing their skills, open-mindedness and self-building.

The aim of the association is to promote and encourage all initiatives in various fields, such as culture, youth, leisure, sport, the arts, education, citizenship, mobility, interculturality, environmental protection and, more particularly, those for young people and/or by young people, and those aimed at vulnerable groups, their families and youth workers.

We work to promote diversity, equality, inclusion and the fight against discrimination.

We place great emphasis on the personal and professional development of young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, through the use of different methods adapted to their difficulties (non-formal education, active methods, education through play, etc.).

The organisation's activities for young people include :
- promoting mobility programmes (ESC, Erasmus+, Interreg ...)
- preparation for mobility with various workshops (digital tools, budget management, CV writing, preparation for interviews in English, orienteering races)
- leisure sports and recreational activities

We are also supporting organisations working in the social economy.
