A szervezet leírása

Gemeinsam für Herne e.V. is a non-profit organization based in Herne, Germany, dedicated to promoting social inclusion, intercultural understanding, and civic engagement across all age groups. Our mission is to support people from diverse backgrounds—regardless of age, origin, or social status—in actively participating in society and building strong, respectful communities.

Our main activities include integration support for newcomers, educational and cultural programs, youth and women’s empowerment, and community events that foster dialogue and solidarity. We offer language courses, mentoring, workshops, and intercultural projects tailored to the needs of our diverse participants.

We work with children, youth, adults, and seniors—anyone who seeks support, learning opportunities, or a space to connect and contribute. Through the European Solidarity Corps, we aim to create inclusive, impactful experiences that promote mutual respect, lifelong learning, and social cohesion.
