A szervezet leírása

PROACTING is a non-profit association founded in 2019 after a merger of knowledge and experience, on the part of its constituent elements, accumulated within the scope of the action developed in the associative field and in the corporate field.
PROACTING is born from a joint identification of problems and the absence of solutions that encourage a new direction for the transformation of social reality. Thus, it recognizes the current problems and needs, especially in the spectrum of young generations and in the field of social inclusion, entrepreneurship, employability and even innovation. Knowing, a priori, the immense challenges and barriers imposed on the young generations for their personal, social and professional development, PROACTING aims to be a vehicle for accessing new experiences that allow not only the development of competences - as well as the recognition and conceptualization of them -, but also access to opportunities that enable individuals to reflect, (co)create and act in favour of internal and external change.
In this way, our focus of intervention is mainly centred on young people and on the relationship/interaction that exists between the individual and their community and society. We intend to endow and empower them with new competences, new learning and new experiences all those who identify problems and needs and who effectively understand their active role in building a new path.
