A szervezet leírása

Legaramlat is a youth-focused nonprofit founded in 2018 by former university students who identified the lack of nonformal educational opportunities for young people. Our mission is to foster youth competencies through impactful nonformal learning and to create inclusive spaces for personal and social growth.

We work through four main pillars:
I. Youth exchanges promoting intercultural dialogue and active citizenship.
II. Grassroots sports with strong educational and inclusion potential.
III. Continuous training for staff, members, and volunteers to ensure quality and innovation.
IV. Mentorship and coaching for young people to support their development.

Our objectives are to enrich youth education through nonformal methods that build self-esteem, independence, and critical thinking; provide regular learning opportunities such as exchanges, workshops, and mentoring; promote tolerance and cultural awareness; and bridge societal, economic, and cultural gaps by fostering inclusion and equal opportunities.

Through Erasmus+ and similar initiatives, we organize youth exchanges, staff training, and capacity-building projects. We support local youth—especially those facing educational or social barriers—through workshops on active citizenship, democratic values, and EU opportunities. We also use grassroots sports and outdoor learning to enhance well-being, teamwork, and inclusion.

Our target group: youth aged 16–25, including those with fewer opportunities.
