Talent Elementary School Bylany, is an innovative educational institution based on the principles of self-directed learning, intrinsic motivation, and the development of each child’s individual strengths. Our goal is to help children discover their unique potential and learn how to apply it both at school and in everyday life. The teaching approach is grounded in Integrated Thematic Learning (ITL), which connects education with real-world topics of the 21st century. Each school year focuses on one main theme, divided into monthly subtopics, and concluded with a practical student outcome – such as a theatre performance, public presentation, comic book, or other creative form. The curriculum is structured into three-year cycles: History and Culture, Micro and Macro World, and Nature. Our main target groups are primary and lower secondary students, their families, and educators seeking a modern, respectful, and partnership-based approach to learning.
