Youth Association - Young Active Gracanica / Udruzenje mladih - Mlada aktivna Gračanica (MAG), established in 2014, empowers Kosovo's youth through non-formal education, activism, volunteerism, and human rights education. It aims to bolster the capacities of young people in Kosovo Serb communities, enabling them to actively contribute to community development. Additionally, MAG strives to foster inter-community dialogue and cooperation among young people of all ethnicities across Kosovo. Their areas of advocacy encompass peace-building, cultural activism, and employment-boosting initiatives.

MAG plays a pivotal role in the Civic Activism Network, a coalition of civil society organizations representing non-majority communities in six municipalities: Gracanica, Strpce, Partesh, Klokot, Ranilug, and Novo Brdo. Furthermore, it is an esteemed member of the Volunteer for Development Incubator, a network of youth volunteers and organizations in Kosovo.

Boasting around 100 dedicated members and volunteers from different regions of Kosovo, MAG has extensive experience in implementing projects that promote youth's active involvement in decision-making processes, inter-ethnic collaboration, and non-formal education. MAG’s work has been instrumental in advancing social cohesion and empowering young people to become responsible and engaged citizens.
