Youth Progressive Community NGO (YPC NGO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Yerevan, Armenia, working to empower young people through non-formal education, youth participation, and international mobility. The organisation aims to support the personal, social, and professional development of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, including youth from rural areas, economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and young people affected by social exclusion. YPC NGO’s main activities include youth-led initiatives, non-formal learning activities, capacity-building programmes, volunteering, and international youth cooperation projects. The organisation actively promotes active citizenship, solidarity, intercultural dialogue, inclusion, and European values among young people. Through its work, YPC NGO encourages young people to take an active role in their communities and to develop skills such as teamwork, communication, initiative, and intercultural competence. The organisation works primarily with young people aged 18–30, including first-time international volunteers and young people with limited access to mobility opportunities.
