Youth for Public Health (YPH) is a youth-led NGO established in 2014 to advance the health and well-being of Georgian youth at the intersection of public health and climate action. Our mission follows three strategic pillars: environmental health (sustainable mobility and SDG 13), health advocacy (NCDs prevention and mental health), and digital transformation (e-Health literacy). Our organization's activities include regional youth awareness projects. One notable example is our ongoing project, "EDU-Station," a mobile initiative that brings workshops to geographically isolated areas. This project specifically targets youth and students aged 16 to 30 who face barriers to accessing international information and opportunities. By obtaining the ESC Quality Label, we aim to transform underserved youth into youth leaders of solidarity. We view the ESC as a bidirectional exchange: our volunteers share specialized health and climate expertise with European hosts while acquiring innovative methodologies to reinvest in Georgia. By utilizing 11 years of international project management and successful Erasmus+ initiatives, YPH will mentor learners to translate European values into local action. We remain committed to bridging the gap for rural and vulnerable communities, ensuring they lead Georgia’s sustainable development.
