ZLG e.V. is a non-profit association based in Erfurt, Germany, working in the fields of education, intercultural exchange and social inclusion. We create open spaces where people of different generations children, young people, adults and senior citizens, come together to learn from one another and actively participate in community life. Our work is based on non-formal education and includes intergenerational projects such as theatre work with school children, intercultural cooking and integration activities, creative and language-based formats, and community events. These activities bring together people with diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Our team has strong experience working with young people, migrants and people with fewer opportunities, providing clear structures, personal guidance and safe learning environments. Through our activities, we promote solidarity, intercultural understanding and active participation at both local and European level.
