Founded in 2015, the Nó Górdio Association is committed to promoting education, training, arts and culture, recreation, health, sports, environmental protection, social inclusion, and human capital development. Our mission is to drive local and regional progress by aligning skills with labor market needs, boosting academic and professional success, reducing dropout rates, and fostering equality, social cohesion, personal growth, and active citizenship. We focus on the well-being of children, youth, the elderly, families, and communities through solidarity, education, and support. Through Erasmus+ programs, we’ve enabled hundreds of young people and youth workers to access training and international experiences, broadening their horizons and enhancing their communities. Notably, our programs often incorporate outdoor learning and nature-based workshops, promoting hands-on experiences that foster connection to the environment. Empowerment is central to our mission, as we believe it fuels positive societal change. Additionally, sustainability guides our actions—we integrate eco-friendly practices into every project, from sustainable travel to waste reduction, ensuring our efforts benefit both people and the planet.
