In Center "AVE Copii" we offer the placement and rehabilitation of orphans and children remaining without charge of parents. Besides that, we work with children and with their parents or with tutors in the area of development skills of independent living of children, in the area of household management, the distribution of available resources for establishment of family and social relations. Work carries out with parents who are in the process renunciation of children, as well as with those persons who abandoned from children both in the efforts of prevention similar incidents and in the area of family and social reintegration. We collaborate with the family-type boarding schools and with institutions of local governing both for increasing efficiency of alternatives children foster age and with the parents in the area of working-out communication skills with children of all ages, with disabled children or with children having the problems with behavior and etc. >> http://tiny.cc/evsh2h
Logi, mad og transport
The volunteers will live directly in Casa Aschiuta (one of the houses from Center "AVE Copii" where the volunteers will work) and will have a private room. The volunteers will be able to do all the shopping nearby and cook their own meals at the accommodation. The organisation is close to the city centre, in a nice location. Transport from and to the airport will be provided by the host organisation. On a daily basis there is no need for public transportation as the volunteers will be living at the workplace facilities.
Oplæring under aktiviteten
Volunteer’s language learning process will be supported by giving information and assistance on the Erasmus+ Online Linguistic Support. Since the project will be of 2 months, volunteers will have a chance to choose language support for English language, instead of Romanian.
Deltagerens profil
Main task of volunteers: Development of independent life skills to beneficiaries; Support the animators in preparing and delivering of activities for kids; Prepare and delivery (in consultation with animators) workshops on culture, history of home country of the volunteers and other to children and beneficiaries; Elaborate and/ or adjust activity plan and reports on implemented activities; Discover and cultivate the life skills of the beneficiaries through implemented activities; Participate in meetings and training and training events.
