The vollunteers will work together with a multidisciplinary team for the development and execution of numerous activities designed to educate and to give opportunities to young people with fewer opportunities, from leisure and educational free time. Thery are between 12 and 18 years old, divided into 3 age groups. All of them are young people with numerous abilities and aptitudes, in many cases, waiting to be discovered and/or exploited. The work of the volunteers will be to make the most of these young people, learn from them and teach them everything they can know. You will have to follow the instructions set by your reference educators, whom you will work daily with, in group sessions carried out with the youngsters of each locality. A positive attitude is expected from the volunteer for a good integration, both with the youth, as well as in the educational team, and in their place of residence, where they will share a house with 2 other volunteers. CAR DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED!!.

ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: -Coordinator in charge of all logistical and organizational issues -Tutor for the personal support of the volunteer -Educator in charge of supporting the work to be done by the volunteer -Educational group, made up of social educators, social workers and a psychologist, available to the volunteer to support their learning and personal needs. SCHEDULE: -Tuesday to Friday: 10-14h, 16-20h. Preparation mornings, afternoons running with young people. -Friday and Saturday: 20-23h -Extra activities without a set time: camps, YE, community participation activities, etc.

- IF YOU NEED VISA, CONSIDER THAT WE ONLY HAVE 2.5 MONTHS TO GET IT. - Have good intention of working with young people, most of them with fewer opportunities (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT) - Being motivated to participate in the project - Comply with the established schedule and with its responsibilities - Knowing how to live with more people (you will share your home, of course with your private room) - We will give priority to those persons who have fewer opportunities for any reason- Car driving license is needed. We work at 8 different locations and the rented flat is located in Miguelturra.
