Opis
We are part of Vilnius open youth center "Mes". The aim of the center is to organize and arrange local young people’s, aged 14-29 years, spare time through different events, activities, camps, outings, projects, meetings, trainings etc. It also has a prevention function to avoid violence, alcoholism, smoking and drug addiction among youngsters. Youth space "VAGA" is open to all the young people, with or without social, economic, physical, or behavior problems. Youth center is open five days a week, some events and activities takes place during the weekends. Daily activities include open youth space, where young people can use all the center's equipment and plan their own free time with the supervision of youth workers, camps, hikes, cooking evenings, movie screenings, tournaments, etc.
Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz
The volunteer will be accommodated in a rented apartment, a separate room will be provided for the volunteer. The volunteer will get a monthly allowance (food and pocket money) and a monthly public transport ticket.
Usposabljanje med dejavnostjo
Volunteers will have the possibility to learn the Lithuanian language either by using OLS or language lessons.
