CSYO's mission is to increase the participation of the young people in society and provide them with opportunities for self-development. The main aim of the project is to empower volunteers to take actions towards a better environment, to actively participate in society, and to raise awareness on environmental issues between young people & school children through the formation of green thinking and enhancement of civic responsibility Tasks will be: - organizing training, summer camps, eco-tours, youth exchanges, workshops, seminars regarding environmental protection - working closely with schoolchildren within eco clubs by facilitating seminars and holding workshops - implementing campaigns to raise awareness of environmental issues - realizing volunteer's own ideas - Supporting the work of the CSYO as part of the "Green Thinking" team !! Logi, mad og transport
The volunteers are housed in the Sumgait Youth House, where the organization's office is also located. There are 5 guest rooms in the youth center. Therefore, he/she does not need a means of transport to commute to the workplace (office of the organization). We will also provide a bicycle to facilitate the transport of the volunteer to other locations such as shops, grocery stores, and so on. The volunteer will be reimbursed for the international travel costs. The volunteer will receive monthly payments for personal expenses.
Oplæring under aktiviteten
They will have language lessons with a private teacher for 3 months, and then if they wish, CSYO has local volunteers, who study pedagogy and working as a teacher are happy to teach Azerbaijani. CSYO will support the volunteers to find the best and cheapest possible means of transport to Azerbaijan, will arrange the insuring issues and will prepare the logistics for the volunteers. Once the volunteers arrive, they will be supported by the hosting team to assist in integration in local society and organization. CSYO will register the volunteers for on-arrival and mid-term trainings.
