As a volunteer in Ylivieska youth services volunteer will primarily work in the youth center “Holvi” where are our offices and almost all our activities happen. In the youth center, volunteers work in all kinds of activities with the workers. Depending on the day, children and teenagers between 8 and 18 years old will come to the youth center after school or later in the evening. Children visit the youth center in their free time and there is always at least one prepared program, which is a game, baking, cooking, watching a movie etc. There is also a snack at some opening hours. The program is always prepared in advance and of course, you can contribute with your ideas. With older youngsters program is more flexible.There is also billiard, video games, air hockey, ping-pong, kicker, board games, etc. which the children and teenagers can play by themselves or together with you. Work is mainly at evenings, sometimes also at weekends. Start and end dates are a little flexible if needed.
Alloggio, vitto e trasporto
Own little studio flat with balcony and bathroom. Local transportation bike. Food money will be paid with pocket money. Apartment is located next to railway and bus station. Youth house is 500 meters away from apartment.

Young person who is interested in to work with children and youngsters. Work at the youth house, at schools, at children traffic park and camps. We are looking for social and positive person to work with children. At our services will work 2 volunteers at the same time.
