This project aims to engage and empower young people from marginalized communities in the region by providing them with opportunities to participate in cultural events and volunteer initiatives. The activities planned under this objective include organizing cultural exchange programs, volunteering opportunities, and youth empowerment programs. These activities will be designed to promote intercultural understanding and to provide young people with the skills and experiences they need to become active citizens and leaders in their communities. Overall, you will play an active role in supporting the development of the young people in the community and will be an important resource for the local educators and youth organizations working to support them.

The participant budget covers: 1. Travel costs according with the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator and based on the real travel expenses. 2. Visa Costs up to the amount of 120 EUR. 3. Full allowance of 4 EUR per day as pocket money. 4. You'll receive 5 euro/day to cover the food and basic necessities. You will be accommodated in double rooms. Each volunteer will have individual bed and auxiliary furniture as well as access to shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and other common facilities. The first week of the project serves as an orientation phase. During this time, you will receive training in several key areas: Learn to use the management tools necessary during the project; Training on how to organize, implement, assess, share, and record youth activities; You will receive access to materials that will help you plan activities.
