Ambassador of International Mobility in Normandy

Kuvaus

The Regional Youth Information Center Normandy (Info Jeunes Normandie) is looking for 1 european
volunteer to promote European citizenship and youth international mobility to local youth in the city of Rouen in Normandy.
The volunteer will:
- Raise the awareness of local youth about Europe and going abroad by doing workshop in schools
- preparing and performing language workshops in English and mother tongue
- contributing to various events
- Encourage intercultural dialogue with the
public by developing pedagogical tools and
methods in order to talk about European
citizenship.
- Animate WhatsApp communities of volunteers
- Help the team to realise its actions throughout
the year.
- Carry out your own personal project on the
theme of Europe.

Majoitus, ateriat ja kuljetukset

According to the European Solidarity Corps
programme, the project covers all costs related to:
- Travel from your home country (back and forth),
- Accomodation
- Food and pocket money (monthly allowance),
- Public transport
- Health insurance
You will be hosted in the university campus of Rouen
The room (studio) will be furnished, has a bathroom
and kitchen and has access to a wifi connection.
There is also public transport available.
You will get:
- a public transportation card
- a free access to the Online Language

Koulutus hankkeen aikana

Support : 1 tutor and 1 external mentor.
The 2 compulsory ESC trainings : on-arrival and mid-term.

Osallistujan profiili

You are interested in international mobility programs.
You are comfortable with office work and you know how to use different digital tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva etc.).
You are comfortable with public speaking.
You are able to create a connection and dialogue with young people.
You like to create and animate workshops.
You are open to build up your autonomy and to experiment local life.

Being able to speak and understand French is a plus!
