Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources? As an HR volunteer, you’ll be actively involved in key processes like recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee training. You'll help shape the employee experience, support compliance with labor laws, and contribute to a positive and thriving workplace culture. Logi, mad og transport
You will have the opportunity to live in a shared house with other volunteers, where you will have your own private room and access to shared services, Wi-Fi, and a mobile communication card. The residence is close to the office, offers easy access to local transportation, and allows you to engage with the communities where we carry out our projects.
Oplæring under aktiviteten
You will learn about process documentation, job profile creation, and function manuals. You will actively participate in the development of the personnel strategic plan as a support function for the organization and will work with the HR Manager to design a favorable wellness and communication plan for the organization.
Deltagerens profil
Interest in learning about personnel management, employee wellness activities, organizational climate, effective time management, and performance evaluation. Previous experience with NGOs or associations and basic knowledge of personnel administrative management will be valued. A basic level of Spanish is required.
