We train and design to spread ecological culture, tools, technical knowledge, practical skills and inspiration. We regenerate habitats, taking care of their inhabitants. We are Permaculture and syntropic farming practitioners in agriculture.

Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz

Volunteers will stay in shared rooms on our farm in Palombaio, enjoying a simple, communal lifestyle. Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and prepared by volunteers and staff using local ingredients. We prioritize eco-friendly living, so bring biodegradable toiletries. Palombaio is well-connected via bus to Bitonto, from where you can reach Bari and other destinations by train. Join us and live sustainably at Associazione Regen ETS!

Usposabljanje med dejavnostjo

All the volunteers will receive task specific training, weekly communication workshops and they will be enrolled in On Arrival and Mid Term Evaluation training. The volunteers will be furnished with the access to Language learning platform.

Profil udeleženca

We seek enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals aged 18-30 from European countries who are eager to engage in sustainability and community living. Ideal candidates are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about issues like Permaculture, Agroforestry, Regenerative agriculture and ecology. English or Italian proficiency is required, along with a proactive, sociable, and creative attitude. We are doers, hard workers and like to get stuff done. We love community and sharing about many interests, but it's good to know we are mostly plant and ecology freaks and not focused on spirituality and self healing. We need commitment in physical work, sometimes harder than what people living in the city are used to. We want our place to be the safer space possible for everyone. We do not tolerate any kind of discrimination, violence or harassment. Any behavior of this type will lead to immediate end of the collaboration. Tasks of the volunteers We divide the activities of the volunteers in 3 categories. The main one is field work and will cover the following topics: • Extremely dense planting and seeding, high management of plants and organic matter through pruning, shredding, carrying tons of organic matter to feed the soil microorganisms. • Production of biofertilizers, microorganisms inoculums and compost • Plant reproduction and care of the plant nursery; The second one is logistics and kitchen (daily routines AND during events) • Tidying up and cleaning of the indoor and outdoor areas; • Meal preparation; • Harvesting and processing; • Recycling water management • Compost toilet management • Preparation of building materials and tools care The third category Divers , is not mandatory and only for those who are interested. • Support in eco building; • Posting on social media and documenting with pictures;
