Beskrivelse
We are seeking for enthusiastic young people to join one of three amazing opportunities to volunteer in “Common Sense” Youth Organization (CSYO) in Sumgait, Azerbaijan. You will have the opportunity to engage in various tasks across different fields according to your interests including - International Relations Team Member, Eco & Healthy Lifestyle Team Member or Public Relations Team Member. Depending on your choice, you might work on assisting with follow-up activities, project writing, evaluating or interviewing candidates. You could contribute to interview and selection processes, collaborating closely with the European Solidarity Corps team, while also handling administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication with partner organizations. You may also choose to teach others about ecological concepts and climate change through workshops and educational materials. Logi, mad og transport
Travel costs will be covered according to the distance calculation of the EU. Visa support and cost will be provided. Volunteer will get pocket money and food money. Accommodation is provided in the "Yuxu co-living" space. Volunteers will stay in an individual room with wifi, a common kitchen and a bathroom. At the house, all facilities are available. Insurance is covered by the European Solidarity Corps (Henner Insurance).
Oplæring under aktiviteten
As a volunteer you will be actively engaged in daily office work and projects. Depending on your choice your tasks will be to follow-up with ongoing projects, writing projects and implement your own activities, capture photos and videos of daily activities and create compelling visual content. Supporting the PR manager and monitoring social media metrics, tracking performance, and analyzing what’s working will also be key responsibilities. You will learn how to conduct workshops especially on environmental topics, discuss climate change and plant trees.
Deltagerens profil
Enthusiastic and active young people aged 18-30 with motivation to learn and share knowledge. Share the values of hosting organization: transcultural, inclusive, anti-discriminative approach, and open-minded to cultural differences. Available and motivated to stay for a year. Fluency in English.
