Opis
We are looking for volunteers in the IB Polska office. If you are creative and like to work in the team, create social media content, meet people of different age and background, run workshops for children and seniors, participate in different events to promote European Solidarity Corps programme and the idea of volunteering, this project is for you. Working hours are usually 9:00 a.m. till 3 p.m., but that depends also on the tasks and place that you will choose in our project. Sometimes we work also on the weekends, but then volunteers have a free day/days. Volunteers from the office will help ESC coordinators to organise meetings and workshops for volunteers, to help with project documentation. We usually built the schedule together with the volunteer in the first days after the arrival and the meeting with the whole team of volunteers from our office. Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz
Volunteers will be accommodated in the flat with another ESC volunteers hosted in the project. There are mostly double rooms in the flat. We provide monthly cards for the public transport for volunteers to make it more comfortable to get to work or to our meeting. Every month volunteers receive pocket money and food allowance which is 250 € per month to their bank accounts. Volunteers from Europe should have EHIC, additionally Henner insurance is provided. Criminal record from each volunteer is required before starting the project.
Usposabljanje med dejavnostjo
Each volunteer has to be prepared for the project by the sending organization. Coordinating organization (IB Polska) offers additional trainings regarding work with children and teenagers (PSEA) and self-development activities during the whole project. There is also on-arrival training offered by Polish National Agency and Mid-Term training in case volunteering lasts more than 6 months.
Profil udeleženca
We are looking for responsible, open-minded and creative person ready to work in the international team and learn new things. This person has to be flexible, because sometimes our plans are changing in reaction to the current situation in the project and group dynamics. Communicative English is helpful here. Photography skills or experience in conducting workshop will be additional advantage. Age: 18-30 years old.
