We are looking for a person who could take responsibility for our social media – preparing stories and reels, taking photos, and occasionally designing posters. You will also work with Foundation Canva and Figma. Currently, we manage Instagram and Facebook, and we would also be interested in developing our TikTok presence. Don’t worry – you will have support from our side, and we will help you with the tasks.Currently, we are running two initiatives: Centrum Aktywności Obywatelskiej and Center for the Integration of Foreigners As a volunteer, you would be working in both of them, contributing to communication and activities. In addition to social media, you will also support us in our work with children. We are an open and friendly team – right now we have 7 international volunteers. As a first step, we would kindly ask you to send us a proposal for a poster for our annual project Global Village – this is an event where 10 volunteers from different countries represent their cultures through workshops for kids. You will live in a shared flat with other volunteer. We have option 2 people in 2 room flat and 3 people in a big 2 room flat. You will get pocket money and food allowance about 11 EUR / day in Polish zloty. We pay you for the polish bank account in the beginning of the next month for the previous one. Program is reimbursing you travel costs from your city
Utbildning under verksamheten
As part of your ESC experience, you will participate in On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Training, which will help you develop your skills and reflect on your learning. Moreover, we often invite our ESC volunteers to join our Erasmus+ projects to further improve their competences and gain international experience. We can also offer you a Polish language course in addition to the OLS platform provided by default, to support your integration and everyday life in Poland. See you!

Open for new experiences and adventures . Welcome! You will be responsible for Logistics & Setup: Event prep, registration, technical setup, guiding, and clean-up. Presentations: Promoting ESC and volunteering experiences at public meetings. Media Capture: Taking compliant photos and videos during events and trips. Graphic Design: Creating promotional assets using Canva and Figma. Copywriting: Writing articles, blog updates, and social media captions. Reporting: Collecting participant feedback under strict data privacy rules.
