Beskrivning
Fix in Art is a project focused on sustainability, art and culture, social engagement, and personal development. Alongside everyday tasks, which include activities like caring for animals and going to the market (Save the Food activity), we currently have four workgroups where volunteers can actively contribute. These groups are Save the Food, Gardening, Social Media, and Artistic & Design. Each group has its own focus and ongoing projects. Volunteers in these groups are responsible for implementing projects and are encouraged to bring in their own ideas.
Logi, mat och transporter
All volunteers live together in one house and take care to create a comfortable environment for everyone. The place is jointly maintained and beautified by the volunteers. Additionally, various cultural events and exchange projects with other countries take place, where volunteers can participate according to their interests. One example is the Cosmopolis Festival in Kavala, which will be held this December.
Utbildning under verksamheten
This is a large international opera festival where German youth will also be participating, and we at Fix in Art are involved in the organization. The volunteers also have the opportunity to support the preparation and implementation of new international projects and local workshops, as well as to contribute their own project ideas. In this context, they can also assist with office work or write their own projects – we regularly hold trainings to support volunteers in submitting their own projects upon returning to their home countries.
