Cur síos
1. Activities for young people: Workshops on intercultural learning, promoting learning mobility, and social gatherings for participants of the PUM-O program. 2. Activities for people with intellectual (and physical) disabilities: Once a week, the volunteers visit VDC Radovljica or CUDV Radovljica. 3. Support on ecological farms: Once a week our volunteers help at the acological farm »Garden of tastes« and from time to time in the association »Društvo Raznolikost« where they learn about environmentally friendly, sustainable, and self-sufficient lifestyles. 4. Activities for children: During the school holidays we organise playing time and creative workshops for local children. 5. Solidarity activities for the local community: Midsummer celebration, festivals, etc. 6. Solidarity activities in the animal sanctuary in Orova. 7. Assistance to foster families and other people in need. 8. Support for people with mobility and visual impairment in mountain activities.
Socruithe lóistín, bia agus iompair
The volunteer will share the flat together with other volunteers. The house has 5 bedrooms, kitchen with living room, 3 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, garden and free-time room. Long term volunteers have their own rooms but it can happen that they need to share their bedroom with another volunteer during the periods when we host short term volunteers (for example in April + May and in July + August 2026)
The volunteers get 7 EUR per day for the food and 5 EUR per day pocket money. Long term volunteers also get a free bus and train card for unlimited travelling in Slovenia.
Oiliúint le linn na gníomhaíochta
The volunteers are invited to on-arrival and mid-term trainings, organised by Slovene NA. Zavod Manipura offers workshops and individual support for the volunteers.

- Basic knowledge of English, sufficient for daily communication
- Willingness to accept the challenge of living together with other volunteers with different cultural backgrounds
- Desire to work with young people and people with intellectual disabilities and to help on ecological farm
- A wish to live in a small village, surrounded by beautiful nature, but away from city life
