Beskrivning
1. We will select 10 participants representing 10 different countries. 2. At the beginning, we will organize a few days of team-building activities. During this time we will also work together on the detailed program of the festival and prepare the workshops. 3. The main activity of the festival will be workshops for children aged 8–15 years old nad 4 - 7 yo, and seniors. Each day there will be two workshop sessions, each lasting 1.5 h. We expect 20–25 children, who will be divided into 5 teams. Volunteers will also work in pairs, so each pair will lead one station. In total we will have 5 activity stations. 4. Each volunteer (or pair) should decide what exactly they want to teach the children. It can be a workshop, dance, song, creative activity, writing, games, or another activity connected to your country. Please send us a short video description of your idea by email. During the festival we will also organize International Days, where volunteers will present culture.
Logi, mat och transporter
You will stay in a double room with two beds, heating, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, and toilet paper. The room also has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. The distance to the place of activities is about 2.7 km. You can walk or take a bus (bus tickets are paid by you).You will receive food allowance and pocket money according to ESC rules. It is best to open a Revolut account in PLN before arrival for easier transfers.Your travel to and from Jelenia Góra will be reimbursed according to the program.

Deltagarens profil
We are looking for someone who: Has strong motivation to work regularly with children and young people; Feels confident with workshops for groups aged 6-10, 10–13, 14-16 and seniors (please describe in your application what kind of activity you would propose); Is open to working with children from diverse backgrounds, including Ukrainian refugee youth; Is interested in non-formal education, inclusion, mental health, outdoor education, and creative forms such as music, theatre, or movement Is ready to support mixed-ability mountain trips, outdoor activities, summer camps, and art-based workshops; Can adapt to rural settings and flexible working conditions; Shows initiative, responsibility, and emotional maturity; Experience in youth work, social animation, education, psychology, art, sport, or outdoor leadership is welcome but not required. What matters most is consistency, empathy, and the ability to build trust with children and teenagers. We also ask you to record a short video introducing yourself and your workshop representing your country and share it with us through a Google Drive link.
